vvioz™ is owned and operated by Shenzhen Huanyu Haichuan Network Technology Co., Ltd.

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through vvioz.com and to your use of the store in connection with those purchases.

If a genuine pricing, description, specification, inventory, or other information error is identified, we may correct that information where reasonably necessary.

Submission of an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment details, delivery information, product availability, order quantity, suspected fraud, or applicable legal restrictions.

We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, unavailable inventory, material pricing or product-information errors, unauthorized resale activity, duplicate transactions, shipping restrictions, or applicable law.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been successfully collected, any amount properly due back to the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

Most in-stock orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During holidays, promotional periods, unusually high order volumes, inventory verification, or other exceptional circumstances, additional processing time may be necessary.

For standard shipments to supported destinations in the United States, estimated transit time is generally 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, destination conditions, customs procedures where applicable, public holidays, incorrect address information, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery.

🎁 6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Before returning merchandise, customers must contact us to obtain authorization, return instructions, and the appropriate return warehouse address.

Cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted as soon as possible and preferably within 12 hours after purchase.

Requests submitted later may still be reviewed if fulfillment has not begun, but cancellation or changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, picking, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch has started.

No cancellation fee is charged for an order successfully cancelled before fulfillment.

Once an approved returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional posting time.

Customers remain responsible for following product instructions, installation guidance where applicable, safety information, and appropriate supervision requirements for decorative products used in children's spaces.
